The Thorsten twin over twin low bunk bed with blue curtain is made from solid, knot-free New Zealand pine wood which adds strength and stability. The bottom bed sits only 2″ off the floor. Top bunk features tall 14″ guardrails. This has a 400-pound resting weight capacity per sleeping surface. Strong plywood slats with metal support bar. Removable curtains turn under bed area into a play-space. Curtain includes one front panel and one side panel. Easily attaches with hook and loop fastener strip. Hand-sewn, 100% cotton. Total footprint (including ladder) 81.5″L X 54.25″W X 50″H; Actual bed measurements (excluding ladder) 81.5″L X 42.5″W X 50″H. At 50″ high its ideal for low ceilings. Under-bed height is 31″. Designed to accommodate standard twin-size mattress; we recommend a 5″ thick mattress not to exceed 8″. Plywood slats included; no box spring or bunkie board required. Mattress and bedding not included. Customer assembly is required.
