Unbound Floor Lamp

Description

Unbound means not tied to convention and Space Copenhagen is thinking freely with this namesake floor lamp for Gubi. Anchored by a tear-drop base in rich grey marble, the tall fabric shade in the same shape is engineered to weightlessly rotate 360 degrees via a carefully engineered ball joint. Available in 2 sizes, the light’s sections only align perfectly once every slow turn, so a playful asymmetry rules. Within the shade, dimmable LEDs create a softly diffused light without casting internal shadows.
